Zermatt Marathon 01st July 2017
A staggering elevation of more than 1900 metres will have to be surmounted to win the race starting in St.Niklaus at 1085 metres above sea level, up to the worldfamous resort of Zermatt (1616 m.a.s.l.), and finishing on Riffelberg, towering 2585 metres above sea level amidst 29 fourthousand meter summits. An immensity of wild nature along this marathon course of 42195 metres awaits discovery.

Romeo and Juliet at the Gornergrat
Europe's highest open-air theatre performances at over 2600 metres a.s.l. will be staged for the second time from 8th July 2017. Accompanied by magnificent views of the Matterhorn, an emotional and gripping Zermatt-based drama will again play out on the Riffelberg following on from the "The Matterhorn Story".
